A day with the crazy boys. Shopped at town and had a fruitful talk about life and future.
To be frank, I am proud that I am one of the few Malays able to matriculate into University. And will fighting for my degree next year. Malay society has been seen as the lower-grade minority in Singapore, mostly involved in the degradable acts in society. To be the few selected is not very common in our community. If you say that you're in University and you're a Malay, people might give you a funny stare or would just burst into laughter. So superficial.
I aim to bring up the name of my community with what credentials I have in the future, Give back what society has given to me. (In which I think it has not given me anything beneficial to me.) Maybe a Masters in Arts and Social Science (Political Science) by 30 years old? Wow.
